We do not currently meet the definition of a “business” under the California Consumer Privacy Act and we do not currently trigger other U.S. state consumer privacy laws.  We currently do not direct products or services to residents of the United Kingdom or the European Economic Area.

Your Customer Data may contain personal information. Our primary role is to process this data on your behalf as a service provider, in accordance with your instructions. As described in this policy and our Terms of Use, we may also process this data to maintain and improve our Services.

You are responsible for your Customer Data, including ensuring that you have the necessary rights and permissions to use it with our Services and that it complies with all applicable laws. Credible Datais not responsible for the content or nature of the Customer Data you process. Upon your request to terminate your account, we will deactivate or delete your account and information from our active databases. However, we may retain some information in our files for as long as reasonably required in our sole discretion to prevent fraud, troubleshoot problems, assist with any investigations, enforce our legal terms, and/or comply with applicable legal requirements.

10. CONTROLS FOR DO-NOT-TRACK FEATURES

‍

Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems and mobile applications include a Do-Not-Track ("DNT") feature or setting you can activate to signal your privacy preference not to have data about your online browsing activities monitored and collected. At this stage, no uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals has been finalized. As such, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals or any other mechanism that automatically communicates your choice not to be tracked online. If a standard for online tracking is adopted that we must follow in the future, we will inform you about that practice in a revised version of this Privacy Notice.

California law requires us to let you know how we respond to web browser DNT signals. Because there currently is not an industry or legal standard for recognizing or honoring DNT signals, we do not respond to them at this time.

11. ADDITIONAL STATE NOTICES

Notice to California Residents: California Civil Code Section 1798.83, also known as the "Shine The Light" law, permits our users who are California residents to request and obtain from us, once a year and free of charge, information about categories of personal information (if any) we disclosed to third parties for direct marketing purposes and the names and addresses of all third parties with which we shared personal information in the immediately preceding calendar year. If you are a California resident and would like to make such a request, please submit your request in writing to us by using the contact details provided in the section "HOW CAN YOU CONTACT US ABOUT THIS NOTICE?"

Notice to Nevada Residents: Nevada law allows Nevada residents to opt out of the sale of certain types of personal information. Subject to several exceptions, Nevada law defines “sale” to mean the exchange of certain types of personal information for monetary consideration to a person for the person to license or sell the information to additional persons. We do not currently sell personal information as defined in the Nevada law. However, if you are a Nevada resident, you still may submit a verified request to opt out of sales and we will record your instructions and incorporate them in the future if our policy changes. Opt-out requests may be sent to us through one of the methods provided in the “Contact Us” section below and put “Nevada Opt-Out” in the subject line.
